The habit

Log it. Read it. Keep it.

  1. Log the pour

Six drink types, fifteen-odd fields, and a photo that cuts itself out. A quick entry takes about as long as reading the label.

  2. Read yourself back

A calendar of evenings, spend and pure-alcohol charts, and a taste profile that names the kind of drinker you are.

  3. Keep what's worth keeping

Rate a drink into your Collection, then send the night out as a card that looks like it was printed.

Taste profile

Three pours in, meet your type.

PourNote reads the drinks you have already logged and hands back a persona, a top note, and a taste map across five axes — sweet, bitter, strong, fresh, mellow. It arrives as a pass that flips over the moment you save your third drink.

  • Unlocks on your third entry
  • Five-axis taste map, redrawn as you log
  • No questionnaire — it reads your real records

Collection

The ones worth ordering again.

Not a log — a shelf. File a drink into your Collection, give it stars, and mark it Favorite, Order again, Tried or Want to try. It becomes your own reference for the next time a menu asks a question you cannot answer.

  • Five-star ratings and status tags
  • Filter by top rated, want to try, order again
  • Cutout photos on a polaroid grid

Insights

Numbers that read like sentences.

Rhythm, spend, trend, insights, report — five chapters that open one at a time. The free layer covers the heatmap, the spend chart and the type mix. Pro adds week-over-week comparisons, thirty-day trends, preference shifts and a month-end forecast, each written out in plain language.

  • 84-day heatmap, spend chart, type donut
  • Pure alcohol in grams, 23 currencies
  • Pro: comparisons, patterns, forecast

Share cards

A night, in an envelope.

Export a single pour, a day, a week or a month as an image card in 1:1, 3:4 or 9:16 — milestones too. The price can stay hidden. Those styles are free; Pro adds the yearly summary, seven report styles and premium single-entry looks.

  • Entry, period and milestone cards
  • 1:1 · 3:4 · 9:16, rendered at 3×

Details

Small things, done properly.

  • Quick or detailed

Six drink types and fifteen-odd fields. Save in two taps, or take your time with ABV, volume, venue, mood and company.

  • Cutout photos

The glass lifts itself out of your photo and lands on the entry, the calendar and the share card with a sticker outline.

  • Spend and strength

Log the price in any of 23 currencies with refreshed exchange rates, and read pure alcohol in grams beside it.

  • Calendar first

History opens as a month, not a feed. Tap a day and the evening comes back with it.

  • Widgets

Today, streak and weekly widgets for the Home Screen; circular, rectangular and inline for the Lock Screen.

  • Twelve themes

Nine free — three dark, three warm, three cool. Pro adds Titanium, Midnight Jade and Glacier.

  • Eleven languages

English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, 日本語, 한국어, Español, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Русский, العربية.

  • CSV export

Take the whole archive with you as a spreadsheet, thirteen columns wide. Pro.

  • Milestones

A first week logged, a thirtieth entry, a type you have never tried — each arrives as a card you can keep or send.

One and done

Prices shown in US dollars; the App Store charges your regional price. Deleting an entry frees a slot — the free limit counts what you are keeping, not what you have ever logged.

Privacy

It never leaves your iPhone.

PourNote has no account and no server of its own. Your drinks, photos, notes and spending sit in local storage on the device.

No account, no sync
Nothing to sign up for, and no cloud copy of your records — which also means the archive lives on this phone.
Rates without your data
Exchange rates refresh from a public rate service. That request carries no drinks, photos, notes or amounts.
Analytics you can read
A fixed list of event categories — drink type, whether there was a photo, which paywall. Never names, notes, photos, precise locations or amounts. The analytics do derive a coarse country from a masked IP, and nothing finer than that.

Your next pour is worth a page.

Free on the App Store. iPhone, eleven languages, version 1.3.
