Where can I download PourNote?

PourNote is available on the App Store. Use the download button on the homepage and you'll land in the right place.

Is PourNote free?

PourNote is free to download. Core logging, basic insights, widgets, and basic sharing remain free; PourNote Pro unlocks advanced trend insights, premium report styles, yearly summary cards, milestone share cards, and Pro themes where available.

What platforms does PourNote support?

PourNote is built for iPhone. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets are included; native iPad support is deferred for a later release.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. PourNote does not provide account-based server sync, and we never see or have access to your entries. Moving data to a new device depends on your device backup or restore path.

What can I share from PourNote?

You can share individual entries, daily, weekly, and monthly reports as polished image cards. Yearly reports and milestone moments are available as Pro image cards. Cost can be hidden on entry cards when you want the memory without the receipt.

What makes PourNote different from other trackers?

Most trackers are generic and built around checkboxes. PourNote is made for drinks: bottles, drink types, ABV, spend, photos, notes, and the feel of the night all live in one place.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete individual entries in the app. Uninstalling PourNote also removes locally stored app data from your device.

Troubleshooting

App crashes or won't open

  1. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store.
  2. Try restarting your device.
  3. If the issue persists, contact us before deleting the app if you need to keep local data. Deleting and reinstalling removes local data from this device.

Entries or photos are missing

  1. Make sure you're using the same device and app install where the entries were created.
  2. If you recently changed phones or reinstalled the app, restore from your Apple device backup if available.
  3. If entries were deleted or the app was removed without a backup, we cannot recover them because PourNote does not store a server copy.

Widget not showing data

  1. Long-press the widget and tap Edit Widget.
  2. Remove and re-add the widget.
  3. Open the PourNote app once to refresh widget data.
